We all love a good chocolate chip cookie recipe; so anytime we get a chance to turn that into a homemade edible, we say heck yes!

They recently partnered with award-winning chef, Rose Reisman, to launch a cannabis infused cookbook, and they’ve shared one of their infused recipes with us – the infamous Rose Reisman Mega Chocolate Chip Cookie infused with Blissed Breathe high CBD oil (available for purchase at Shiny Bud).
Pro Tip – This version can be made as a huge pie and sliced into pieces, or baked into 8 individual cookies.
Mega Chocolate Chip Cookie (Veg) – Serves 8
¼ cup (60 ml) vegetable oil
6.4 ml Be Blissed CBD oil
1/3 cup (80 ml) brown sugar
1/3 cup (80 ml white sugar
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
½ tsp (2.5 ml) baking soda
1 cup (250 ml) all purpose flour
½ cup (125 ml) semi sweet chocolate chips
½ cup (125 ml) raisins or dried cranberries
3 tbsp (45 ml) white or dark chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray an 8” oven safe skillet or springform with vegetable oil.
- In bowl add oil, CBD oil, both sugars, egg and vanilla until well mixed. Add remaining ingredients and mix until flour is incorporated. Spread evenly into skillet and bake for 18- 20 minutes. (bake for 8-12 minutes if you have made individual cookies, until cookies are golden around the edges.)
- Melt chocolate on medium heat in microwave for 30 seconds or just until chocolate begins to melt and drizzle over top.
- Serve with sliced fruit or ice cream if desired.
